Judgment is becoming the skill that counts.

Anthropic looked at how its own hiring managers assess candidates. For technical roles, the biggest increases were in comments on autonomy and judgment, while domain expertise shrank as a share of the assessment. By 2026, mentions of creative AI use had tripled for technical roles and quadrupled for non-technical roles.

Boris Cherny, who leads Claude Code at Anthropic, sees five kinds of people on his team: the prototyper, the builder, the sweeper, the grower and the maintainer. Many people span two of them, sometimes three.

I also notice that these roles are not really tied to job function.Boris Cherny, head of Claude Code at Anthropic, June 2026

So we train judgment, whatever the job title. People learn to choose suitable tasks, give clear instructions, check the result and know which information they may use, on the work their own role is responsible for. Experience keeps developing after a session, so you choose the rhythm: focused learning, building together or an ongoing AI colleague.

How your team learns.

  1. Choose the focus

You share the team's roles, tools and priorities. We assess the starting point and agree the learning format, the work to bring and who should participate.

  2. Work alongside your people

Participants practice, build and review with us. We explain decisions as we go, make room for questions and help people apply what they learn to their own responsibilities.

  3. Decide what comes next

Together we review progress and the questions that remain. Further coaching, building sessions or advisory calls can be agreed around the support your team wants.

Choose how we work together.

Start with a focused session, build a project together or work with us regularly.

100×worker program

Weekly sessions for individuals and teams who want to develop their AI skills over time. We map your work, bring together the information your tools need and build on real tasks. Each session develops your ability to use, adapt and improve the result independently. Explore 100×worker

Workshops and ongoing training

Focused sessions or continued training on agreed tools, tasks and ways of working. Participants use suitable material from their own work, compare results and leave with guidance they can apply again.

Build a project with us

For teams with a defined project, we build the workflow, automation or tool together. Your people participate in the decisions, development and testing, learning how to maintain and extend the result as it takes shape.

An ongoing AI colleague

Weekly or monthly calls combine relevant AI updates with advice on your current work. We explain what new capabilities mean for your team, review questions and obstacles, and help decide what to try or learn next.

Learn with the tools you use

Training follows your work, whether you are writing, building or running a process.
