AI transformation, from the way you work
to the systems you run.
Automate a sh✱t process and you get sh✱t, faster.
“If you just capture it and encode it into the agent, you’ve automated the dysfunction.”

About 1 in 20 companies gets real value from AI.
Every company can buy the same models. Almost none of them see it in their results.

The org chart
is being redrawn.
Anthropic studied its own workforce in October 2026. Agent hours now outnumber human hours 6 to 1, and around 80% of an agent session is spent waiting for a person. Human attention has become the bottleneck. Hiring managers talk more about judgment and autonomy, and less about domain expertise. One employee put it this way: “that 20% that was strategic becomes 90% of the job.”

…the intelligence tools we’re creating and using, paired with smaller and flatter teams, are enabling a new way of working which fundamentally changes what it means to build and run a company.

The best way to get real efficiency gains is you have to actually reengineer the process to take advantage of what agents are actually good at.

The motor went
where the engine stood.
When factories got electricity, most kept the old floor plan and saw little change. The gains came once they were rebuilt around the new power, as
Paul David of Stanford showed in
The Dynamo and the Computer (1990). AI is at the same point.
1900s
Factories swapped the steam engine for a motor and kept the line shafts. Little changed until each machine got its own motor and the floor followed the work.
Today
Most companies add AI to the same seven steps and make one of them faster. The gains come when the work is redrawn around agents and people decide the exceptions.
Years in the business.
Young builders make the AI.
Read
We have spent years in finance, operations, marketing and leadership. That is how we pull the business, people and finance logic out of your operations, logistics and back office.
Redraw
With that logic on paper, we redraw the map: which steps go, which merge and where the hours come back.
Build
Then young AI builders make the agents and systems on the new map, and hand them over to your team.
