People already use AI at work.
Few were taught how.
- 78%
- of AI users bring their own AI tools to work, and 52% are reluctant to admit using it for their most important tasks.
Microsoft and LinkedIn, 31,000 workers, 2024. - 25%
- faster, with 12.2% more tasks done, for BCG consultants using GPT-4 on work inside AI’s reach. Outside it, they were 19% less likely to get it right.
Harvard Business School, 2023. - 30s

Anthropic with no coding background built their own tools.

I’ve seen many of these people approach implausible tasks, ones we wouldn’t even have chosen to tackle before, with reflexive and brilliant usage of AI to get 100X the work done.
ShopifyApril 2025Source So yes, reflexive use can be learned. People practice on their own tasks until it sticks.
Make the training relevant to the next working day.
Buying licences is the easy part.
Vas, who runs Varick Agents, described an operations team of thousands that rolled out
Claude Cowork. “The team kept moving at the same rate.” He sees the same barbell in every organization he works with, from 50 people to 5,000.
So we start from the roles and the tasks in your company. People practise on their own work: writing useful instructions, checking the output against the source and deciding which calls stay theirs. The same assessment runs again after the sessions, so you can see who moved and where the team still needs help.
Vas, Varick Agents, August 2026.What each person works on.
Each person starts from a role map: the tasks in their week, where AI can help and which calls stay theirs. Exercises use their own material, such as a customer email or last quarter’s proposal, and every exercise ends with checking the output against the source.
Leadership sees the team baseline by department and role, and the same view after the sessions. Gaps show up per task, so the next session goes to the work where people still check too little or use AI too rarely.
What every program includes.
Your roles and tasks differ. The method stays the same, so the results compare.
Role interviews
Conversations with people in each role about the tasks in their week.
Role maps
Task-level assessments showing where AI can help and which calls stay human.
Team baseline
A comparable starting point by role and department.
Gap list
The tasks and knowledge gaps the assessment shows, in the order the sessions take them.
Exercises on your work
Practice built from your own emails, proposals and reports.
Source checks
Every exercise ends with comparing the output against the original.
Practical sessions
Sessions planned around the gaps, grouped by role.
Follow-up assessment
The same method repeated after training, showing what changed.
From the role assessment to practical use.
Assess the roles
We map the work in each role and where AI could contribute. The initial assessment creates a comparable starting point across departments and identifies the tasks and knowledge gaps to address.

Sessions use your team’s own tasks and examples. Participants work through an exercise, check the result against its source and decide what to revise or handle themselves before using the output.

Repeat the assessment
We reassess using the same method after training. You receive the role maps, team baseline and follow-up view, showing what changed and where further practice would be useful for the team.
Team baseline, before after
Trained once.
Assessed again.
Tools change, roles shift and new people join who missed the sessions. After the program we can run the same assessment again and plan practice where the scores slip.
Reassessment
The same assessment repeated, so every round compares with the first baseline.
New joiners
People who join later get the role map and the exercises for their role.
Updated exercises
Exercises rewritten when your tools or tasks change.
Practice sessions
Sessions on the gaps the latest assessment shows.

Before you ask.
Do people need to be technical?
No. The exercises use tasks people already do, such as customer emails, proposals and reports.
How do you measure progress?
The same assessment runs before and after the sessions, by role and department. You see the baseline and the follow-up side by side.
What material do you need from us?
Examples of everyday work for each role, agreed with you before the sessions. We use only the examples you approve.
Does everyone get the same training?
No. Sessions follow the gaps in each role’s assessment, so a finance controller and an account manager practice different tasks.
