Understand the route before the buyer contacts you.

A buyer can ask an AI assistant for a shortlist of suppliers before ever visiting your site. The answer may lean on an old product page, leave out your delivery area or repeat a competitor’s claim. By the time the buyer calls, they have already met that version of your company.

We put the questions that matter in your category to four AI models with search switched on, and keep what they answer and which pages they cite. Then we have an assistant attempt an agreed task on your site and on three competitors’ sites, and record where it gets stuck. Every finding comes with the citation or recording behind it and the change that would fix it, so your marketing team gets a list of edits it can make.

What Marketing works through.
Every finding has its evidence.

The report opens on the thirty buying questions, each with the answers from four models and the pages they cited. Questions where you are missing, outdated or placed behind a competitor sit at the top, next to the change that would correct the answer.

The task sessions sit beside them: an assistant requesting a quote on your site and on three competitors’ sites, with the step where it stopped. Your team or agency turns findings into change briefs that name the page, the owner and the question each change should correct.

  • Questions re-run

The same thirty questions put to the four models again, with each answer next to last quarter’s.

  • Tasks re-tested

The agreed tasks recorded again on your site and the three competitors’ sites.

  • Change tracking

Each change from the action plan followed against the answers it was meant to correct.

  • Review session

A quarterly session with Marketing on what moved, what did not and what to change next.

  • Session recordings

Your site and three competitors tested on the same tasks.

  • Shortlist map

Thirty buying queries across four models, with cited sources.

  • Action plan

Prioritized changes your team or agency can implement.

Before you ask.

Can you get us recommended?

Nobody can promise what a model will say. The audit shows what the models say today, which pages they rely on and what you can change on your side.

Who chooses the questions and tasks?

We draft the buying questions for your category and agree the tasks with you before anything is run.

Do you make the changes?

The action plan is written for your team or agency to implement. Each item names the page, the change and the finding behind it.

Why test competitors’ sites?

A blocker means more when you can see whether a competitor’s site gets the same assistant through the same task. All four sites are tested on the same tasks.
