# Redesigning a company takes more than engineers.

AI changes roles, budgets and how decisions get made. So every VANDAM project combines operations, people, finance and engineering, with the people below and specialists we bring in per project.

## The people behind it.

Two brothers, two co-founders: one leads the AI and the story, the other the numbers and the strategy.

- Hendrik De Winne: Co-founder · AI and marketing Founded the Ghent AI studio VibeLab in 2024 and has led AI projects from the first workshop to the handover since. - Thomas De Winne, CFA: Co-founder · Finance and strategy CFA charterholder and finance consultant in reporting and cash flow forecasting. Worked in corporate development and business intelligence at Telenet. Studied economics at Ghent University and at Rotterdam School of Management.
