Two weeks of interviews and shadowing across your departments. We draw the org chart as it actually works, every main workflow step by step and where the hours go. No AI yet: an honest picture of the company that every later decision builds on. [Discuss the project](mailto:hendrik@vibelab.be?subject=VANDAM%20/%20Floor%20Plan) **$6,400** two weeks · credited if you continue ## Most change starts from a picture nobody checked. This one starts from how the work really runs. The org chart on the intranet says who reports to whom. It does not say who actually approves a discount, which spreadsheet the month-end close depends on, or why a new customer waits three days for a credit check. Those answers live with the people doing the work, and most projects start without asking them. A Floor Plan writes them down. We interview the people who do and manage the work in each department, sit with them for part of their day and read the documents, tools and inboxes the work runs through. Then we draw it: the departments and roles, every main workflow step by step, who owns each step, how long it takes and how long it waits before the next one. Our note on [mapping the work first](https://vandam.ai/notes/map-the-work-first) explains why this comes before any automation. It is deliberately not an AI project. The map holds whatever you decide next: an [AI Opportunity Map](https://vandam.ai/ai-opportunity-map) ranks opportunities on top of it, a [Company Brain](https://vandam.ai/company-brain) uses it as its spine, and a [Company Redesign](https://vandam.ai/company-redesign) redraws it. That is why every VANDAM project starts here, and why its fee is credited when you continue. ## How the plan is drawn. 1. Agree the scope: We agree which departments and workflows are in, and who we talk to. Usually every department, and the five to ten workflows that carry most of the hours. 2. Interview and shadow: Structured interviews with the people who do and manage the work, then time beside them while they do it. We collect the forms, spreadsheets, tools and inboxes each step runs through. 3. Draw the plan: The org chart as it works, each workflow step by step with its owner, time, tools and handoffs, and the hours each one takes in a week. 4. Check it with your team: Every department reviews its part. Corrections go in before anything is final, so the plan is the one your people recognise. ## What you receive. - Org chart as it works: Departments, roles and people, with who decides what and who depends on whom. - Workflow maps: Your main workflows step by step, with the owner, the time, the tools and every handoff. - Where the hours go: Hours per workflow, and the waiting, rework and bottlenecks between the steps. $6,400 two weeks · credited if you continue An indication from past projects. The final price can move a little with the size and complexity of your company, and we agree it in writing before we start. For leadership teams at 20–500 person companies. The first step of every VANDAM project. If you continue with another service, the fee is credited against it. [hendrik@vibelab.be](mailto:hendrik@vibelab.be?subject=VANDAM%20/%20Floor%20Plan) ## Where the Floor Plan leads. Each next step builds on it. ### AI Opportunity Map Ranks the AI opportunities on top of the plan: which workflows to change first, and how. **$9,600** ### Agent-Ready Audit Checks whether the data and systems in the plan can carry agents, and what to fix first. ### Company Brain Uses the plan as its spine: departments, roles and people first, every other page hangs off them. **$19,200** ### Pilot Workshop Picks one workflow from the plan and designs it as a pilot with your leadership team in a day. **$4,800** ### Company Redesign Redraws the whole plan around agents and people, and builds the services in order. **From $64,000** ## Before you ask. ### Is there any AI in it? No. The Floor Plan describes how the company works today. Where AI could help comes after, in an AI Opportunity Map or a Company Redesign, and both build on this plan. ### How is the fee credited? If you start another VANDAM service within three months, the Floor Plan fee is deducted from its price. ### How much of our team’s time does it take? About an hour of interview per person we speak to, some time beside a few people while they work, and a review of their part of the plan at the end. We agree the list with you before we start. ### Do we need VANDAM after it? No. The plan is yours and stands on its own. Many teams use it to scope work with their own people or other partners. ### What if our company is small? Then the plan is smaller and so is the price. Below about 30 people, two departments and their workflows can often be drawn in one week.
